Mississippi showed out once again! The Battle in the Y.O.: The Great War went down strong in Gulfport, MS, and it was nothing short of powerful — a night full of energy, creativity, and raw talent. Artists from across the state came together to showcase what the Gulf Coast music scene is really made of — unity, bars, and passion.
The event featured some heavy hitters going bar-for-bar in an intense and entertaining series of battles, including Big Tali vs Remy Da Menace, X Tha God vs OG Duggie, Chuck Lucci vs Firearm Zeek, and many more. Each battle kept the crowd on their toes, showing that Mississippi hip-hop is alive, competitive, and full of hungry artists ready to make noise.
The night also highlighted performances from local favorites — including Wally Bvng, who continues to prove his consistency and dedication to representing Mississippi with pride and power. His performance lit up the crowd and reminded everyone why his name stays buzzing in the streets and studios alike.
Credit goes to HustleMan Mag and the entire Stardom & Hustleman Studios team for putting together this dope, well-organized event. It’s moments like these that help artists grow, network, and build stronger connections throughout the region.
